The Eraserheads remain the most important Filipino band of the past half-century. Despite their untimely dissolution in 2001, they have stayed part of the cultural zeitgeist. When they returned for the record- breaking reunion show Huling El Bimbo in 2022, a polarized nation united for at least one night.
